Shadow mode ingestion
Veratrace connects read-only to existing platforms — Salesforce, Zendesk, Amazon Connect, OpenAI — and captures work events without disrupting workflows or requiring vendor changes.
Trusted Work Unit creation
Each completed task is normalized into a TWU containing the outcome, actors, evidence chain, timestamps, quality score, and a SHA-256 cryptographic seal. Any modification invalidates the hash.
Attribution and reconciliation
The Attribution Engine calculates AI vs. human contribution using configurable policies. Finance teams reconcile vendor billing against verified TWU records. Compliance teams export audit bundles.
